This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payment for services provided by Nenya.

Payment Methods

Nenya accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Cash (exact amount only)

Payment Terms

  • Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Fees for psychological assessments and specialized treatments are due prior to the commencement of the assessment or therapy session.

  • Corporate and EAP client payment arrangements will be governed by specific contractual agreements.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be assessed individually at the discretion of Nenya management.

Insurance and Rebates

  • Clients may be eligible for rebates through Medicare, private health insurance, or other funding bodies. It is the client's responsibility to confirm eligibility and manage rebate claims.

  • Nenya can provide necessary documentation for rebate claims upon request.

Outstanding Payments

  • Outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
